The staff was incredibly accommodating and proactive in ensuring our needs were met.

Unfortunately, I was frustrated with the breakfast situation during our stay. The area was cramped and there was a clear lack of seating. Not to mention, I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways that seriously detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. This could have been a much more enjoyable experience if these issues were addressed.

The lobby and breakfast area are fantastic, showcasing a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, the carpets throughout the hotel, including the room, are stained and need replacing. My bathroom was clogged for a day, which required maintenance. While they did offer homemade pastries, they surprisingly ran out of white bread during breakfast, indicating a tight supply for guests. The service felt a bit money-conscious, such as asking for my room number just for extra towels.

They promptly tracked down our bus driver to return the money, which truly speaks to their dedication.
